The pool staff were attentive and accommodating.

The hotel is old and neglected, not worthy of 5 stars. The facilities are dirty, with a sewage smell in the bathroom. We also faced issues with our room being incorrectly set up as a twin instead of a double, and the lighting was dated with several broken fixtures.

Beautiful Negombo beaches 🌴🌊

The evening buffet was a lekker feast with awesome local dishes, especially the pork stew—defs a winner! Staff were super friendly and always ready to help out. The infinity pool was pristine, perfect for cooling off after a hot day on the beach!

The room could've used a better smell. it felt a bit stale when we walked in, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and had amazing sea views which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, especially when they arranged an egg hopper stand for us, despite it not being scheduled. We enjoyed the wide variety of dishes offered in the buffet, each meal was fulfilling.

The hotel is ideally located near numerous

Dining options, which made our evenings vibrant and enjoyable. The beachfront access was a bonus, providing a lovely backdrop. the breakfast could benefit from more variety and options to enhance the overall experience.

Family with children enjoy the hospitality

The staff were genuinely welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We had a lovely moment when we asked about local excursions and the front desk staff were super helpful, setting us up with a driver who took us on a fantastic tour.

It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.

It was just a decent option for a stopover in Negombo with a great value-to-price ratio. Enjoyed the amazing, friendly, and attentive staff who made the experience much better.

Amazing beach access!

Loved that the hotel opens right onto the beach! The cleanliness of the rooms was refreshing. Had some tasty snacks from the poolside bar which hit the spot after a long day. Just wished the Wi-Fi was a bit faster—took ages to load stuff. But the staff were super friendly and made it a fun stay!

I stayed for one night in a Standard Double or Twin Room with Sea View. The room was decent, with a nice view of the pool and the beach. The balcony was shaded, which was great because it was too hot to stay outside for long. Everything was clean, but the room felt a bit basic overall. Wi-fi was pretty good too, I managed to stream some football matches without any major issues. But I wouldn't call the decor modern by any means.

The versatile seating areas are open and inviting, making mingling effortless, while the ample pool space provided plenty of room to relax—a true joy for a visit with friends or family.

Better staff training would enhance the experience significantly.
